Heartstyles Certification and Accreditation

Heartstyles has two processes for empowering organisations and Consultants to use the Heartstyles tool and programs:

  • Corporate Certification for internal staff known as ‘Certified Practitioners.’
  • Associate Accreditation for for external Consultants, known as ‘Heartstyles Associates.’

Corporate Certification

Heartstyles Certification is a strategy of enabling organisations to empower key staff members to roll out Heartstyles throughout their business:

Key internal staff are trained to measure using the Heartstyles Indicator and to facilitate Leading with Heart programs and Coaching with Heart programs roll out Heartstyles across the organisation.

On successful completion of the 4-day Certification program participants will gain the status of Certified Practitioner.
The investment for Corporate Certification is on application, depending in the size of the groups.

Outcomes

Experience and understand:

  • The Heartstyles foundations and principles, the Indicator and the 16 Thinking Styles
  • How to interpret Heartstyles Indicator results, provide feedback and coach individuals using Heartstyles processes
  • The process of ‘why we do the things we do’
  • The Science of the Brain and how it links to ‘why we do the things we do’
  • Experiential learning activities and how to use them in conjunction with Heartstyles

Associate Accreditation

Associate Accreditation is designed for professionals working with people and organisations in development and change: consultants, HR professionals, life coaches and leaders looking to grow heart in business.

Accredited facilitators are trained to measure using the Heartstyles Indicator and to facilitate Leading with Heart programs and Coaching with Heart programs roll out Heartstyles across the organisation.

On successful completion of the 5 day Accreditation program, participants gain the status of Heartstyles Associate.

Responsibilities of the Certified Practitioner and Associate

Being a Heartstyles Certified Practitioner is a huge responsibility as Leading with Heart is a deep dive into people’s lives.

We at Heartstyles endeavour to operate to a standard of excellence when we deliver programs to Certified Practitioners and we then expect you to continue in this standard for your participants.  This means that all Certified Practitioners and Associates will have a duty of care to ensure that people leave programs fully enriched, safe and motivated to begin their own Leading with Heart journey.

Therefore, all Certified Practitioners and Associates need to be of the highest quality in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the program content and learner experience.

Tools and resources

Heartstyles Certified Practitioners and Associates have access to the most up-to-date information and tools to assist with their personal development and the development of others.

As a Heartstyles Certified Practitioner or Associate, you will receive a comprehensive Practitioner Guide which includes all required resource to run successful and effective Heartstyles programs.

Practitioner support

On becoming a Heartstyles Certified Practitioner or Associate, you receive access to our support team who are available to provide assistance, suggestions and advice for program facilitation and debrief. You also have access to updates and become part of the Heartstyles Facilitator community, learning and developing through webinars and other resource.
