The Heartstyles Indicator is an online character development tool that measures the principles and thinking driving behaviour: Humility, Love, Pride and Fear.

The Indicator is 5 surveys in 1:

Most tools and profiles determine what “type” of person you are. These are helpful however whatever your “type”, your behaviour can be effective or ineffective. These behaviours are strategies we use to promote and protect ourselves; strategies we revert to under stress and with pride, fear, insecurity and tiredness.

You can now objectively measure the behavioural effectiveness (or heart) of your organisation and individuals, creating a platform to enhance personal, leadership and cultural growth.

The client can start with the Leadership Team experiencing the Heartstyles “Leading with Heart” program to access the quality of a meaningful leadership program. This also allows the LT to buy in to measuring and managing culture to drive performance.

The client can select a group of people to experience the Heartstyles “Leading with Heart” program to access the quality of a meaningful leadership program for a cross section of people in the organisation, to buy in to measuring and managing culture to drive performance. Heartstyles’ approach is to measure both culture and performance, so a bespoke strategy can be agreed on to measure specific metrics.

single location

Roll out to a single location

The client can select a specific location to measure the culture, for example head office, a region, country or large department. This is a high impact strategy where a “we’re all in it together” culture forms.

Individuals complete the Heartstyles Indicator and receive their confidential Personal Development Guide report. All the surveys are aggregated and split into departments and/or locations to produce a Culture Development Guide for the Leadership Team and heads of departments. We then roll out the “Leading with Heart” program to survey participants to embed development.

entire organisation

Roll out to an entire organisation

The client can measure the entire organisation. This is a high impact strategy where a “we’re all in it together” culture forms.

Individuals complete the Heartstyles Indicator and receive their confidential Personal Development Guide report. All the surveys are aggregated and split into departments and/or locations to produce a Culture Development Guide for the Leadership Team and heads of departments. We then roll out the “Leading with Heart” program to those who participated in the survey.

As Heartstyles can be rolled out by your own certified staff, it makes it cost effective to rollout to the entire organisation. Staff at the frontline of the business that interfaces with the customer will have the opportunity for development. The process is scalable, so whether you have five hundred or fifty thousand employees, the process is the same.
