What is HeartStyles?
HeartStyles is a tool and a process to enlighten hearts for leadership, personal and character development.
The Tool
The HeartStyles Indicator assists people in reaching their potential. It identifies effective and ineffective behaviours and splits them into coloured quadrants. The tool also provides a Personal Development Guide and online Coach for ongoing development. Individuals and groups learn a common language for communicating and recognising behaviour in themselves and others.
The Process
Using experiential learning activities the process is designed to connect you with God for heart-level transformation. The tool and the process, with God's help, combine to give you a roadmap for Christian development.

Re-measuring
Because your HeartStyles results display a snapshot of your behaviour, there is enormous value in remeasuring 6-12 months later. This gives you the ability to see the growth of effectiveness over a substantial period of time.
How much does it cost and what should I expect?
HeartStyles is $20 AUD per person. This includes a HeartStyles Self Score indicator that is available immediately after completing the survey. As well as your HeartStyles Others Score indicator that is generated by three people of your choice.
When you reach this stage HeartStyles will generate your Personal Development Guide which details your results as well as giving you practical steps to moving into greater effectiveness.
Administer your organisation
The administrator of an organisation purchases vouchers for every participant in their organisation. Each participant receives the same experience as the individual listed above and administrators are able to generate team results from their data.
