Stephen and Mara Klemich have been developing people in the Christian and Corporate sectors since 1980. Their mission is “Developing Heart & Soul” in Business and the Church.
With
their corporate business
Achievement Concepts (AC), Stephen and
Mara travel the world three to
four times a year, consulting
and
delivering
corporate programmes in Culture, Leadership and Personal Development.
Their world travel includes ministering HeartStyles connecting with churches that want to take on the pilgrimage of the heart. Through interactive workshops and ministry, they support individuals in developing heart and character, to establish patterns of Kingdom thinking, behaviour and life style. Their ministry also involves church leadership programmes and equipping Facilitators in the HeartStyles ministry.
Mara, a practicing psychologist since 1983, consults to organisations by counselling and coaching executives, as well as facilitating programmes with Stephen. Her background as a neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist in the hospital system and private practice was grounded in her PhD in neuropsychology and Master Degrees in clinical psychology and neuropsychology. Her heart's desire is to see people's hearts brought to peace through God's loving healing.
Passionate about developing people and establishing more constructive cultures in business, Stephen founded AC in 1987. His facilitation skills and creative programme design have taken AC and HeartStyles to international standards of excellence. Stephen’s commitment to Christ, aligned with his gifts and talents that have been strengthened over 30 years, are now being used to develop people and the church through HeartStyles.
Stephen is a keen mountaineer, climbing internationally every year, taking Mara on many adventures! They live in Sydney Australia and have two adult children. They enjoy the abundance of life, good food and wine and, most of all, love Jesus. They are part of DaySpring Church in Sydney.
