Upon receiving your results and the feedback from 3 respondents you will be able to log back on to the HeartStyles web site to receive a personalized HeartStyles Indicator graph and Personal Development Guide.

By signing up and registering with HeartStyles, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, then please do not sign up for HeartStyles.

HeartStyles does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of any information or product specific to HeartStyles materials and other related materials: these items are not intended for use as a predictive tool or for use as a guarantee or warranty of success in relating, working, behaving. These items are self-discovery tools only. 

Procedures

You hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You acknowledge you are at least 18 years or older.
2. You will be linked to a sign up and registration form which you need to fill out in its entirety. When you have completed the sign up and registration form, a unique username will be used to assure privacy and security of any further information you provide. The data will NOT be made available to any other organisation or entity, nor used for any other purposes other than those stated here.
3. You agree to provide HeartStyles with true and accurate information about you. You understand that no personal information will be released to any other organisation for any purpose and no information will be used for marketing or solicitation purposes.
4. You agree that the receipt of your HeartStyles Indicator and Personal Development Guide will be full and complete compensation for your participation in signing up with HeartStyles.
5. You agree to keep your Indicator and Personal Development Guide confidential or, if you make your Indicator and Personal Development Guide available to any other person or entity, that you will hold HeartStyles, and its parent company Metamorpho Pty Ltd, harmless for any consequences or damages that may result from such person or entity seeing your Indicator and Personal Development Guide.
6. You understand that the HeartStyles Indicator and Personal Development Guide you receive will be in Adobe Acrobat format and it is your responsibility to have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view the Personal Development Guide. If you need a copy of Acrobat Reader, follow the Acrobat Reader link.  

Warranties/Limitations of Liability

Neither HeartStyles nor Metamorpho Pty Ltd makes any guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of or results to be obtained from, accessing and using HeartStyles and HeartStyles own content, the other content, nor any material that can be accessed (via a direct or indirect hyperlink or otherwise) through HeartStyles.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, HeartStyles offers Satisfaction Guarantee and 100% refund when requested in writing within 30 days of purchase.
